Poor Service My jeep needed the heater core replaced. I called on Friday and asked how long the repair would take, the service department had to check with the tec My jeep needed the heater core replaced. I called on Friday and asked how long the repair would take, the service department had to check with the technican. On Monday they never called me back. I called them on Monday they promised it would be a 6 hour job and I wouldn't need a replacement vehicle. The day of the repair I was promised to be done by 4pm to replace my heater core. I hadn't heard anything from the dealership by 4:30 pm. I called them asking if it was done. They had to keep it overnight they didn't give me a reason. The second day I heard nothing from them. I called again the service receptionist transferred me to the service manager. Who told me they needed a part that they forgot to order and it would be in the shop another day. My 6 hour repair turned into 3 full days. When I picked up my jeep they didn't apologize at all. There is no communication between the dealership and customer. I wouldn't be as angry if they would of called and told me what was going on. Instead I had to babysit them until it was finished. They don't value your time. I would never buy or get a vehicle repaired at this dealership ever again. I will drive to Regina or Medicine Hat. More

very poor service, DO NOT RECOMMEND had warranty work to be done because the wiring control module for heater/fan control burnt up. Phoned at noon, and was told vehicle will not be complete until 5:00 end of day, because other vehicles took precedence of ours. Picked vehicle up, and while on drive home found heater would only work on defrost, ABS light came on, and lost power steering. Once home, found blown fuse, replaced, and still did not work properly. Phoned and could not get it booked in for five more days. Talked to service manager about delay on scheduled day of pick up and i was told mechanic worked on vehicle for complete day, but when i phoned at noon to make sure vehicle was ready for pick up, was told by service department scheduled mechanic was pulled off our vehicle to work on another, More
