Amazing customer service. With my work we had the choice of 4 approved vehicles and I instantly new I wanted the Qashqai. By the time Tom had called me back I was feeling so defeated. Tom was very helpful and accommodating. He explained all the timing and was very understanding to the added steps needed through my work.
