After several calls and emails I agreed to go into Kitchener Nissan to discuss a new vehicle. Tom Moore was pleasant. I kindly refused the offer and asked for my $500 to be returned which I was told on two occasions was refundable with no pressure to purchase. Over 12 emails later and 9 days I am still waiting on my refund. Not only was information on my contract not agreed on it was not accurate and changes were constantly made towards pricing etc. I was passed onto to Jeff Buschlen who apparently is passing it onto someone else. This is time consuming and becoming ridiculous. I question there loyalty to customers and honesty. I will continue to write reviews and pursue this until my money has been refunded. More

Tom Moore was great. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever. He did everything he could to make my purchase easy. My Kiks is a great car that my grand daughter and i will drive. What a friendly crew to work with. Gave me the best trade in value for my SUV in comparison to another dealer in the Region. I had a competitors SUV and there was no comparison in ride, comfort, gas milage and interior space. I'm now getting double the gas milage to what I was getting from my previous SUV. They truly go out of there way to understanding what your looking for without any high pressure sales. More

I had an amazing experience with the purchase of my new Qashqai at Kitchener Nissan! I had inquired online about a vehicle and quickly received a response from Tom in sales even though it was a Saturda Qashqai at Kitchener Nissan! When I went to the dealership, Tom was extremely helpful with going over everything Qashqai’s have to offer and and the different features in the different trim levels. He was able to answer all our questions openly and honestly. The finance process was quick and easy. Victoria was great to work with! On delivery, Tom did a very thorough review of all the features and took his time explaining how to use each one. We even tested out some safety features as my previous vehicle didn’t have the upgraded technology that Nissan’s offer. I was very pleased and excited to take my new vehicle out on the road! This dealership is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I have been buying new cars since 1979 and this is the worst I have ever been treated when it comes to service. These people have the oh well attitude and show little or no concern to customer satisfaction..For 3 months I had a problem with my bluetooth in my 2020 Altima Platinum and all I got was the run around from them..I finally got tired of their indifference and took it to another local Nissan dealer and in a day and a half after calling them they had replacement parts ordered to fix the problem..I wouldn't recommend these people to so much as put a valve cap on a tire..They are inept at everything they do except for frustating customers with their couldn't care less attitude..I like the car but this dealership is at the bottom of the heap...I hope this review will save someone from having the aggravation of dealing with people who have no idea how to deal with customers..This service team from the manager on down to the advisors don't have the common sense to try and help a customer and I think their technical knowledge is very limited also.....If you enjoy, being given the run around, promised calls that you never get ,being frustrated with ineptness and an attitude of indifference then you will feel right at home at Kitchener Nissan...I am sure that I am not alone in my judgement of this dealership's service dept and think the group they have running the place are in the wrong business and should be doing something else, and hopefully not where it is supposedly providing a service to the public More
