Kitchener Nissan

Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan only to find out that they never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. Contacted the general manager and he basically said you should of noticed before so it’s now on you al never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. I asked the salesman Clint several times if there was any damage . Not a word I also proved the damage was present before I took it off the lot. Terrible customer service More

I had been looking for an SUV for months with no luck. Tom was able to immediately show me the Pathfinder they had on the lot (that was a nice surprise in itself) and go for a drive. I am a fan of Nissan products. I've owned a X-Terra, X-Trail and Altima. My last two cars have been a Honda Element and a Ford Fusion. I loved the Element but it did not meet my ne I've owned a X-Terra, X-Trail and Altima. My last two cars have been a Honda Element and a Ford Fusion. I loved the Element but it did not meet my needs for commuting. I put 240K on the Ford and it was time for a new vehicle. I drive by Kitchener Nissan on the way to work and finally stopped in to have a chat. Tom Moore greated me immediately. I asked what they had on the lot for a 2021 Altima and he took me right to the car and we went for a drive. I loved it! We went back to the dealer. Tom and Stu Jeffery worked with me to get the right lease in place in under an hour. Provided awesome suggestions on how to approach the lease. There was a hiccup with the Insurance that was not their fault when I picked the car up but they took care of it immediately. The communication through out the entire process was excellent. I love the car and I highly recommend this dealership. More
