The sales managers along with the salesmen themselves are awesome and we couldn't have asked for better help. However we did not have a good experience with Samantha the financing/warranty manager. She was p awesome and we couldn't have asked for better help. However we did not have a good experience with Samantha the financing/warranty manager. She was pushy didn't like that we didn't buy anything extra. Was rude to my wife along with talking about her to co-workers in a rude way. Not a great experience dealing with her. The rest of nissan Kitchener was amazing and helpful but was tainted by our experience with Samantha. More
