I don't know much about cars and having Tom explain things so well to me really helped me when deciding what I wanted to buy. In person, Tom is warm and happy-go-lucky and really took his time teaching me all the gadgets in my new car. He even tested me afterwards! I am so glad he took the time to show me how everything works in the car because on the way home traffic came to a sudden stop on the highway and I was able to quickly put my hazards lights on to warn traffic behind me to slow down.
