Moe, the salesman, was lazy, a poor communicator, and basically a liar. Whatever could go wrong did, and he took absolutely no responsibility for anything. Never once did he offer an apology. Rather, he basically a liar. Whatever could go wrong did, and he took absolutely no responsibility for anything. Never once did he offer an apology. Rather, he continually blamed me for mishaps. His coworker tried to compensate for Moe’s seemingly lack of interest in service, but Moe’s lies and blaming undid what his coworker tried to fix. Never again! More
Dishonest service department, somehow my car that I bought new and never has anyone near the ac had contamination in the ac that no other shop could find! Do not take your car for service here. We have bought our car here-brand new Honda pilot and took it for service every time here. Last time we took the car for oil change after few days We have bought our car here-brand new Honda pilot and took it for service every time here. Last time we took the car for oil change after few days car overheated. We took the car back to them they said our engine is gone and wanted 8k for it. We took it to different mechanic he said the coolant temp sensors were not plugged in on the radiator, this caused the car to overheat and it ruined our engine. My husband and I definitely didn’t unplug these sensors so someone at their service dept did when we took it for an oil change obviously. We also contacted Honda Canada about this while the car was at the dealership and they said in order for them to help out they have to do complete tear down of the car however the dealership service dept could not guarantee that they would be able to put the car back together. Hence why we took it to different mechanic. If Honda dealership can’t guarantee this who can ? Our $60k car has to have engine replaced at 135k. Do not buy Honda and do not take it there for service. More

Terrible service! Do not take your vehicle here. I had trouble with my 2 year old HRV A/C. The first time they said nothing was wrong with it but had to fill it with refrigerant. A/C went out again the n trouble with my 2 year old HRV A/C. The first time they said nothing was wrong with it but had to fill it with refrigerant. A/C went out again the next year. Had to wait till after my warranty had expired to get it fixed. Suddenly there’s a new hole that is not covered and it will cost an insane amount to fix. Called them make arrangements to pick up my car and was told someone else already picked up my car. What the...I didn’t authorize them to give my car to someone else! More
We found a HRV replacement for our Civic after our car accident. I met Owen on a Tues and test drove the HRV. He had all the specs on it with car fax and previous owners service records when I arrived. W accident. I met Owen on a Tues and test drove the HRV. We bought used and Honda certified is a great plan and Owen thoroughly explained the peace of mind and benefits purchasers get thru their program. It was priced well and no haggling was necessary.
