My husband and I had our second child 6 months ago and had been finding that our current vehicles were now too small for our family, especially considering we take long trips to visit family on a regular had been finding that our current vehicles were now too small for our family, especially considering we take long trips to visit family on a regular basis. We were thinking of waiting until after Parental Leave to upgrade our vehicle, but when my husband started doing research we discovered that Dodge has great deals on right now. After visiting another dealership and leaving unsatisfied, my husband decided we should go check out Wendell's. We were greeted by Dave MacLennan, who answered our many questions and took the time to show us the features of the Grand Caravan that we were interested in. My husband had a long list of options he wanted (and did not want), and Dave was able to find us a 2014 Grand Caravan on their lot that met our needs. My husband was still hesitant however, and we actually spent a lot of time there that day going through the paperwork process and having our questions answered. Dave was very patient throughout the process, and even helped keep our 5 year old entertained when we were doing paperwork. When we went to pick up the Caravan, my husband (who likes to understand all the numbers) had more questions. For any that Dave couldn't answer for us, he directed us to Lisa Moore and Steve Richards. They were also very patient in answering all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before we left. Dave also did a good job going over all the features of our new Grand Caravan before we left that day. Thank you, guys! More

Our overall experience was excellent. Only complaint was our brand new van didn't come with a full tank of gas. Thought it was like the "wallet" rule. Don't give a wallet without money.
