Finding the car that sung to us We came in wanting a Dodge Dart and thought that was the car for us. Jesse greeted us and showed us exactly what we thought we wanted: leather interio We came in wanting a Dodge Dart and thought that was the car for us. Jesse greeted us and showed us exactly what we thought we wanted: leather interior, heated seats, sun roof, great audio system, cruise control. We then went to several other dealerships to shop around, but everything was compared to the Dart. We came back to take it for a test drive later in the day and discovered that we weren't as sold on the Dart and were a little disheartened. However, Jesse had made the excellent suggestion earlier that day that we should consider the Chrysler 200 S. Remembering that suggestion, we took it for a test drive and fell in love. We still got all the items on our checklist with style and sophistication to boot. And by purchasing a previously owned model, we saved some money and got the extras we really wanted but otherwise might not had been able to afford. The one thing we thought was odd was why Jesse was selected to pull out the drill and switch the plates from our old car to the new one while we were wrapping up the deal. That step could have been "magic that happened behind the curtain" while we were filling out the final paperwork and sped up our route to the finish line. The culture at Wendell Motors was comfortable with Jesse's approach to customer satisfaction. He was knowledgable and able to answer our questions with ease. Jesse has a great personality and was a pleasure to deal with. Jean in Financing was easy to understand and able to clearly explain what we were about to do. She was aware of questions we would have and answered them before we had a chance to. We would recommend Jesse, Jean and Wendell Motors to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The first dealership we went to did not even say hello to us, and we were on the lot for a good half an hour. The next dealerships salesman was so desperate he scared us away, but then we visited Wendell Motors and got a quick and friendly greeting from Derek and he made us feel very welcome. He then educated and informed us, instead of hound and annoy us...lol..lol. We left with a smile and a friend ;-] . Cynthia greeted us in the lot, was very friendly, gave us time to walk around by ourselves prior to coming back out to join us, asked if there was a sales person she could get for us (if we had dealt here before). She explained all the features of the vehicle, really knew her material, didn't put any pressure on you in terms of purchasing the vehicle.
