Problem #1 - overcharge price Not as advertised in print. I received from Chrisler a maintenance booklet with a coupon advertising Peace of Mind service pkg for $69.95 and I was charged $10 more even after I mentioned it a few times. That bother me because it is advertised one way and yet they charged different. That is false advertisement. It is a very small $ amount but it means a lot if they do not abide by the 'written advertised word'. Problem #2 I purchased tires from Wendell, yet as I had been shopping around asking and obtained 4 different quotes from 4 different supliers: OK tire, Campbell tires, Goodwrench service and another tire place in K-W area all these other places had a cheaper comparable tire product but, I decided to go ahead with Wendell because of this Chrysler booklet special sale of Buy 4 tires and pay for 3 tires as this was the only way their price compared to the other 3 places I obtained quotes from. All other places gave me a 4 pkg tire price all included, installation, balance and taxes. Wendell only priced the tires and I did not realize until I am paying the bill and I am being added $80 extra for Installation and balance which was not discussed before I agree to have the tires installed. I guess stupid from the customer for thinking tires are price same way in all places when you are asking for tire package. That was not a good feel. That is why I say prices ouch!! More

Peter was very helpful in helping us decide what kind of vehicle and pointed out all the reasons why we should possibly considering upgrading to the car with the V6 engine instead of the V4 that we were dri vehicle and pointed out all the reasons why we should possibly considering upgrading to the car with the V6 engine instead of the V4 that we were driving.
