Mike was very efficient, as always. I ordered a part on Thursday from parts dept., and set up an appt., for installation thereof, with Mike for Friday, February 22 around noon. Mike called me @ 9:00 befor Thursday from parts dept., and set up an appt., for installation thereof, with Mike for Friday, February 22 around noon. Mike called me @ 9:00 before I headed out to my meetings, and saved me a trip as the wrong part had come in. He then reordered the correct air dam for my 2013 Journey which we have enjoyed since purchasing from Wendell's in Sept. 2010. Mike then said he would let me know a good time for Monday, with perhaps a half an hour for labour. I called around 9:30 , and my vehicle was in the shop by 11:00 am. He was/is always so polite and professional on the phone and at Wendell's. I waited on Monday for about half an hour, and paid the very fair bill. I have always found the staff friendly, reliable and are prepared to do what is necessary to resolve the matter. If you really think about it, although cars are very expensive the lifetime of warranty work, general maintenance and repairs can really add up. So keeping customers happy is more than the purchase experience. Jeannine is one of the best although all others working there are also good. I have found that they try to understand the issue and resolve with solutions. They looked after me and that is why I provide this positive review for my repair experience. Douglas Stewart More
