Hello, I appreciate you quick response, I attempted to reach you by phone but it seems you were not available. I called the parts dept on Monday to order a new key fob for my charger ( mine has been not working regardless of battery changes for some time and my car was broken into as a result in Sunday night ) so having no choice in the matter u was willing to pay the $210 quoted by the parts dept for a new key. I was never told there would be additional costs, I assumed tax on top but nothing more. I was pleased that the part came promptly the next day ad was called however again only advised I would need to have the car with me , no mention of "service" or any labour charges. I voiced my upset to the woman in the service dept who said absolutely nothing in response. I left with a bad taste in my mouth for sure. And a lot of money out of pocket as well.
