As soon as we arrived at Wendell Motor's Dave met us with a friendly smile. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Dave at Wendell's and we couldn't be happier. Well where to begin. I previously wrote a review under journey2013 and I must change what I have to say about this dealer. I bought a vehicle and paid for an option that I guess does not come with my choi journey2013 and I must change what I have to say about this dealer. I bought a vehicle and paid for an option that I guess does not come with my choice of vehicle and I have been constantly told well you bought a base model like its a bad thing. took problem to sales manager because did not want to deal with salesman which got me handed off to the president on a phone call who then pretty much back his people up saying all I had bought was a base model and the option I paid for is there. He then proceeded to tell me I Had told his manager to f@#$ O@# when I left there. So needless to say customer service is rotten from the top down. The service department has a guy working who speaks to people like they are beneath him. The salesmen was so pushy he lost two sales to members of my family before this problem had come to light. So to say I won't be recommending this dealer to anyone is an understatement. If buying from this dealer remember the saying buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Ive dealt with wendells before, this time was special causei retired recently & i chose to deal with Cynthia cause she seemed the most friendly & was willing to meet my needs as far as what i was looking causei retired recently & i chose to deal with Cynthia cause she seemed the most friendly & was willing to meet my needs as far as what i was looking for & questions that i needed to ask. She followed thru on everything i wanted to know & then some. I had originally dealt with 2 other salesmen but didnt feel comfortable, even when I returned for some reason they didnt even acknowledge me which made me feel very uncomfortable, this is why I chose Cynthia! She kept me up to date thru the whole process cause the Jeep I got was a special order & took just over 8 wks to come in! She was great to deal with & I recommend her honesty in this tough decision making step, I will return to wendells in the future, cause now my 2 boys are looking @ vehicles! hopefully I can deal with Cynthia again!
