My husband and I had our vehical stolen, and it was a very uncomfortable and uneasy feeling, as well as very scarry to start looking for a new vehical. We came into Wendell's Motors to check out their stock, met up with Carlo Renon, who was an absolutely kind, compassionate person, who understood our feelings and concerns. Carlo talked over the availability and took time to listen to our personal story, guiding us to something within our budget. There was a great promotion on, he weighed out our needs versa the higher priced, upgrades, and found a vehical we could be very happy, and satisfied with, and within our comfort zone. Carlo did not pressure us, rather helped us with his knowledge of what we could handle financially, and at the same time, be very pleased and excited with. We were intoduced to our very first brand new vehical, the simple version yet, absolutely wonderful "JOURNEY". My daughter has one, so we were familiar with it. Carlo took the time to help us learn all about it, we went for a nice test drive with him, while he showed us the instruments, educating us on this vehical inside out. We were truly impressed, he set up the deal, paperwork, and then sent us into Lisa Moore's office, who also made us feel comforable with the finance, and made sure we were happy. And we ARE! We love our Journey! Carlo, Lisa, and the Wendall Family were wonderful, we have a trusting relationship, and I am sure we will be happy with our sevice needs, concerns and warranty. I went in to this dealership with another car picked out and ready to be purchased. She was very informative, easy going, and knowledgeable. Cynthia was able to show my girlfriend and I a few car options with my brother in mind. After we went home, we discussed how much we liked Cynthia and pictured ourselves in the cars she showed us. We made up our mind we wanted a Jeep and went back a few days later to chat with Cynthia. She was able to show us a few options and always had a solution for all the hiccups we had(due to my current credit). I would buy a thousand cars from Cynthia in a heartbeat!
