Not to mention that she said this was GMC Canada's policies. Which is a flat out lie, seeing how Sherwood Park GMC had no issue using my status card and sold me the identical truck Kipp Scott has.

Ryan, a salesman at Kipp Scott, said if I didn't have a atatus card at all, he would sell me the truck. I was heated with that remark also. So in other words, if I were non native, I could purchase this truck. He said ""Yes".

Good morning Mike. I would actually like to point out the fact that your business HAS dealt with "expired " status cards before. I have proof from Samson Cree Nation of letters written on band members behalf. This shameful treatment has nothing to do with the government's policy. ..Whitney said it was GMC Canada's Policy specifically not to accept "expired " status cards but letters from the band was acceptable. My letter from my Chief was not accepted, however letters from Samson Cree were.

I don't think we will be returning as this is not the only the first. My wife's Xt5 once for oil leaking after a service and low tires on a 2nd service. Also on a recall on my denali2020 had to bring it back three times to have it repaired. Not sure but i think pike wheaton can continue warranty maintenance on our vehicles.Thank you

You are correct that you can visit any GM store for warranty on your 2020 Denali, when it comes to your wife's XT5 Kipp Scott Cadillac is the only Certified Warranty dealership in Central Alberta.
