I used Kipp Scott since moving to Central Alberta 16 years ago. In 2015 I bought a Buick Encore and was satisfied until late last year. I took it in because it was burning oil. They couldn't find anythi years ago. In 2015 I bought a Buick Encore and was satisfied until late last year. I took it in because it was burning oil. They couldn't find anything wrong with it and gave it back. It didn't give any codes so they don't do much more than that. So we did get work that they kept suggesting needed to be done. Nothing worked, we changed the turbo as well. The last time I took it in they checked the motor and told me it was blown. It had 128,000 km's on it. I've tried many ways to get Andy to send me what the techs said about it but no response. In short I would not recommend Kipp Scott. More
Just wanted to say thanks to the great staff Andy P, Mike S and the great service techs from taking a problematic engine to road safe in less than a day!! Khristine is a welcoming voice when calling this location. Each and every time, she is the perfect Receptionist to answer my calls > interested, tone of voice, alert, friendly, etc. Never underesti location. Sales guy wasn’t up to speed on the HD trucks and I wouldn’t recommend buying a black vehicle from them as I have to now take it to get professionally polished because of scratches on a 100k+ truck. After dealing with Whitney, this dealership is definitely discriminating against Natives. My personal experience was absolutely horrid. They made it difficult and dragged things out but she said," I will take your $25 000.00 down, but will withhold the truck until you get an updated status card."
