Service appointments I wanted an oil and transmission fluid change on my 2010 Camry .I had to wait 17 days to get in for the service. They also wanted to do a transmission I wanted an oil and transmission fluid change on my 2010 Camry .I had to wait 17 days to get in for the service. They also wanted to do a transmission flush, it is not recommended. It is strictly a drain and fill. Belleville was not much better. I happened to be visiting Peterborough and called Russelle Toyota beforehand. A 2 day wait , they only do drain and fill and the price was extremely lower. This is not the first time I have called for service and had to wait at least 2 weeks to get in. More

The car has a total of 25,800 kilometers and had a total of 8 oil changes. Extended warranty in effect for a total of 7 years. When we paid for it, no one mentioned the "3 days over the limit stipulation. They tried this once before and charged for the already covered oil change. We complained and they corrected the situation. Bad business practice. Friends and relatives interested in outcome. My blog has thousands of readers. However, I did not write about this unresolved matter. Yesterday I called the dealer. Was told manager will call tomorrow. The day came and went and Toyota did not call. back. Sincerely O.M.F. More
