I loved my whole experience. Mr. Tyrrel was very helpful, not aggressive, but had good suggestions and answered all my questions. I waited almost 10 years for Scion to come to Canada. I was so happy when I was able to buy one and have it serviced so close to my home and work. I am thrilled with my XB. Reliable & stylish. I couldn't be happier with the car. I have not had any issues, and the saleman was even able to put me in contact with some peple to customize the car. It is exactly what I wanted! It was certainly worth the wait! So far I haven't had the need for service, but they have been so nice and accomodating when I come in for my regular maintenance, oil changes and winter tire install. This is the first new car I have owned, and I am so pleased with the product and all around service that I have had, that I am sure to buy another one.....not any time soon though. Love this car!
