So, to make a long story short, I booked an appointment today for 4 new tiires and some gaskets for a leak as recommended by Kingston Nissan. Showed up at 9 am for my appt. Booked over a week ago, appt had to be booked before tires could be ordered. This morning they had no record of my appt. But, after some scattering they found the tires. They said it would take 4 hours. 1 1/2 hour later I get called, one of the new tires is defective and they found 4 more (different brand) but my car won’t be ready until 5 pm. Over my 5 years of owning this car, Kingston Nissan has continually let me down. Turnover on service counter of staff is unbelievable. I could go on but, I won’t. Save yourself the unneeded stress and buy a Nissan somewhere else and get it serviced by whoever you wish. Service counter is a like watching a circus! Service Manager just listens to you and says “he doesn’t make the rules”. Gosh guys, for repeat service do not go out of your way to make the customer MAD! Respectively, Tracy Bishop More

It was described to me quite simply: “As long as you own the vehicle, you will get free oil changes.” Stupid me is thinking, “Wow, what a great deal!” When I called to book my last oil change I was informed that this service was no longer applicable to me. I then questioned why and was told that in order to qualify for “free” oil changes that I needed to have regular maintenance done at Nissan. I went over 2 years without needing to have this done and suddenly I need to pay 90 bucks to have a cabin filter changed???? I don’t think so. An oil change is no longer “free” when I have to pay 90 bucks for something I can easily do myself in 10 minutes. Before this I would have referred anybody looking for a car to go to Nissan, but after this I will strongly advise them to look elsewhere. Choosing to cut corners like this seems very dishonest to me and I don’t appreciate being treated as such. Long story short… I won’t be buying a Nissan again and I suggest anyone looking for an honest dealership to follow suit. More

My recommendation is to buy your Nissan car or SUV elsewhere and only bring it to this dealership to have it serviced under warranty. Even this practical recommendation is more than this dealership deserves. More

The business manager was not respectful of added services we picked or didn't pick (oil changes for life/ death and disability) and continuously badgered us trying to sell us more. When picking up the vehicle they didn't have owners manuals in the car and the weather tech mats they had agreed to provide were missing. A few days later we went to pick up the mats and we're given plain rubber mats. When approaching the sales rep he denied knowing about weather tech mats being agreed on. Seeing the bill of sale that said "all weather rubber mats" we realized that they had pulled a fast one on us. I don't recommend this dealership as they completely disregard you once they have your money. More
Issues with new 2006 Rogue Not very happy with service department, girls not friendly and not even greet you when you arrive, also trying to reach them by phone is almost imposs Not very happy with service department, girls not friendly and not even greet you when you arrive, also trying to reach them by phone is almost impossible. I got winter tires installed and after driving in 401 car starting to vibrate really bad. Should not be having issues like this on a brand new car if they know how to do their job/maintenance. Finally after calling and left waiting on phone with no response I got through when I dialed the fourth time, arranged appointment and looking forward to receive explanation as to why this is happening. I had read the reviews before going in, but I just did not have that experience in May of 2015. We did shop around a bit, but that was just completely pointless. Nothing compared to the experience we got at Kingston Nissan: from both Mike Deveau and Ryan Dolan Beahen. Mike was very informative having an answer to all of our questions. He was incredibly patient in answering our questions and waiting for us to make decisions about the vehicle (ex. colour, or Trim level). Above all, he was incredibly honest and transparent with us. We really appreciated dealing with him. We also started and completed our experience with Ryan. He completely exceeded our expectations for a car purchasing experience. A completely professional sales approach which you’d expect for making such a big purchase, but you don’t always get. I was reluctant to go to Nissan Dealership because I knew other Rogue buyers that had to battle to get what they expected. Right off the start Ryan gave us a more than fair & competitive price and we really felt good dealing with him throughout the entire process. If you work with him, he’ll always come up with a solution to whatever it is. There was never a battle; there was never an issue that he didn’t quickly have a solution for. I kept thinking that something bad was going to come around the corner….and it never did, it was just professionalism to the end. This is the price with tax, this is the price after tax, and your payment will be this if you include this option and this without. It really was the total package (price, experience, quality, professionalism) as a top sales experience you normally get from high-end store like Nordstrom or a 4 star+ hotel. Ryan identified it was a big purchase for us and made us feel good about it. I grew up in Kingston, but now live out of town. If you’re in Kingston it is a no-brainer. If you live outside the city and you want that high-end sales experience, a trip or call to Kingston might be worth the trip. It really made it easy for us: 1.5 hour drive or a 1.5 hour battle at a local dealership. More
I purchased my Nissan Maxima 2 years ago (new from Kingston Nissan). during routine maintenance last week, they told me the front breaks may need to be replaced. I have 46,000 km on the car. It is Kingston Nissan). during routine maintenance last week, they told me the front breaks may need to be replaced. I have 46,000 km on the car. It is still under warranty. I called today to make an appointment to have the breaks checked & repaired if required. They told me the earliest appointment available was Dec. 13/13. I feel this was to long (almost 3 weeks from today)!! I am taking my business elsewhere from now on! I will not go there when I go shopping for a new car(probably in the spring) Harold Sleeth. More
