In April I was sold a 2020 vehicle that did not have air conditioning. Within 2 days I noticed and contacted them. The sales dept told me "I'm sure it has AC, the service dept with help you with it." The se conditioning. Within 2 days I noticed and contacted them. The sales dept told me "I'm sure it has AC, the service dept with help you with it." The service dept would not get me in for 3 weeks. I was then told my car does not have AC whatsoever, that they had no idea and "all we can say is sorry." They offered no help whatsoever. I later went back 4 years on google reviews they wasted someone else's time trying to sell them a vehicle with no AC (wondering if it's the same vehicle!). I begged them to help me get back my warranty since it was past the 10 days of cancellation not due to my fault of waiting 3 weeks and they said it couldn't be done. I lost thousands having to go trade in for another vehicle. Still trying to get my money back. Will never return. More
