***Update*** less than 2 wks later I had the same problem, called kingston honda back and told them, they said they didn't have an appt available for 2 wks, I told them that wasn't really acceptable as it was a water leak issue and I had water dripping all over me as I was driving from the driver side air bag (I forgot to mention before that they left greasy finger print stains all over the pillar, visor and roof of my vehicle). I was told 2wks was the best they could do. I asked if I would be charged again since it was the same issue and they didn't fix it the first time, the guy said absolutely, I said you don't stand behind your work? He said if I brought it in for a repair I would have to pay regardless of the issue and when my last repair was. Told him I'd take it elsewhere, I wasn't paying them to NOT fix my vehicle again. I called Belleville Honda, they had me in within a couple days, and were a complete pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Of course I had to pay for the repair as it was a different dealership, so it was expected. I've tried calling kingston honda a few times to discuss getting my money back, and I can't get a return phone call..not surprised. I've emailed honda canada about the problems I've had, of course they can't help me out as the dealers are independently owned, but they have forwarded my email to kingston honda assuring me that customer relations is very important to them and that I would hear from them. I'm not holding my breath at all.
