Horrible experience! !! A complete rip off! I bought a pre-owned certified vehicle from this dealership and regret my decision. Issues right after buying the vehicle: !! A complete rip off! I bought a pre-owned certified vehicle from this dealership and regret my decision. Issues right after buying the vehicle: - Emergency brakes don't work at all - DRL lights don't work - Parking lights don't work - All 4 tires in worst condition This car shouldn't have passed the safety inspection in the first place with the braking issue. On their website they claim that they do 120-points inspection on pre-owned certified vehicles and they cannot even check the brakes and tires? I'm sure the vehicle was never fully checked. After talking to them they fixed these issues weeks later. But they refused the tire’s condition saying that it has minimum tread even if the tire rubber was completely ripped off and unsafe to drive, could burst on road. But this got even worse when the other day while driving on the road, the car started losing its braking ability, it happened a few times and then on one instance, I had to pump the brakes to stop the car. Luckily, I was on local roads that day. I spent around $2000 out of pocket to fix the whole braking system and had to get new tires for another $800. After talking to them they simply denied that the car could have had those issues and offered me a few credits at their dealership to use in future so that I am stuck with them. They simply don't care about the safety. I'm seriously disappointed and upset with the dealership. On top of everything they are trying to negotiate with service credits for this safety hazard. There is clearly a lack of accountability and responsibility. I have already filed a complaint against them with OMVIC. I usually don't write reviews but this kind of service is unacceptable! AND YES, I HAVE ALREADY REACHED OUT TO cr@kingscrosshyundai.com, AND THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION. More

I will never return to this dealership. They agreed to returning a performance part from my trade in because they didn't not want to sell my car with the exhaust. I paid 1500 for a stock ex They agreed to returning a performance part from my trade in because they didn't not want to sell my car with the exhaust. I paid 1500 for a stock exhaust to be installed and my parts returned. The car is now sold and they sold it with my parts still attached and aren't returning the aftermarket parts, the oem exhaust I paid for or return the money. On top of it all they lied to me multiple times and the salesperson did nothing to assist in solving this issue aside from saying he's "just the salesman". Worst experience and I wouldn't recommend this dealership or salesperson to anyone in the future. More
