The main concern I have is their sales service rep assogned to my vehicle lacked accountability. Thats really all you want from a service level. A consumer knows the cost is always a %50 mark up. The main dissapointment is the the job was fine. Its always fine. In fact part of the reason I used them was at the behest of my mom who was a long time client. Maybe they grew complacent? However for me customer service and net promoter score is paramount to who I do business with. I can respect sincere and honest sales representatives. However with my servicing I don't just tell people to choose a better operation with higher ratings I demand that if King Cross was sincere they would win my business back with %50 discount on a future job. What would get a consumer so upset? When you go to pick up your car and nobody knows where it is because the representative is AWOL or sick. That the rep trying to be accountable is undermined by the disorganization and adhoc manner that management seems to allow their business to be run. That when you finally get a chance to confront the sales guy entrusted with the fact that ratings are poor online and they should be mindful that people have an outlet to express their dissapointment they respond in a flippant manner as though to express contempt for the demands of consumers who worked hard for their money and are trying to choose someone that values that money and business. I will never give my keys to someone at Kingcross Hyundai. The manager was not prepared to make it right and by the time accountability was realized it came fruitless because it was given by the person who's lap this fell on. Poor kid. Not enough authority to do anything meaningful. I received a call late into the month when it was realized my twitter following was modestly considerable. However my mind was made up. In fact I still get emails now with the wrong name asking for my business from this operation and it only aggravated me further to write out this diatribe. My demand is simple. You want to fix it and make it right? I want half off on business because its not about the money. Its about accountability. Its about acknowledging delays, mistakes, costs and being fair to a client. The demands are no different than what one expects at a restaurant or a bank or a lawyer or a doctor. People work hard for their money. I tell them get its value by visiting someone who respects you. Fundamentally thats all anyone really wants. More

Mixed feelings Imtiaz was perfect. Helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist though was rude and gave terrible service. She spoke to all the customers like we Imtiaz was perfect. No smiling and I even caught her shopping online. Andrew was terrible and rude. The receptionist and Andrew seem more interested in flirting with each other thank serving customers properly. Need lessons in being professional and offering customer service. I have bought five Hyundais with excellent customer service like Imtiaz. Receptionist and Andrew do NOT fit in with Hyundai. More

improved customer service with new service advisor Imtiaz Been dealing with kingcross service since 2013, and never had any awsome experience with any of the advisors who never wanted to listern to customers. However on my recent visit in 2017, I was amazed at the 360degree change. With the induction of 2 new advisors, Imitaz and Garmen who are alway willing to talk,listen and help resolve issues with clients, have made the difference. I travel more than 70 Km every 6000KM to get my car serviced at this dealership. I have always dealt with Edwin and he has always arranged that services for my vehicle are provided in a prompt efficient manner. There is no up-selling at this dealership and they only do the work on the car that is absolutely needed - this is a rarity in the dealership world and that is why I will keep coming back to this dealership.........STRONGLY RECOMENDED!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULDN'T GO EVER AGAIN!!! We, my husband and I dealt with Mike. I give a zero star for all that I had to go through. We walked in to Kingcross Hyundai at 10 in the morning to check Hyundai Tucson as we are expecting our first baby this August. So, yes, I am visibly pregnant and I am definitely not there to waste my time just talking about the look and feel of a car. Like any new customer we were there to talk money. Everyone walks into a showroom to look at the interiors, understand what best a dealer can offer them for the available variants. But unfortunately, Mike was in no way interested to show us the car neither talk to us about anything relevant. He only had a bunch of useless questions for us, like if we are from India or Bangladesh or Pakistan and if we drove a car before or if we owned a car back home and if having an Air conditioner was our priority. This totally made no sense to me, however I initially thought these were questions he liked to ask. But as time progressed, everything we asked about the car was more of a no, "we dont have that or this", "you are in the initial phase of looking for SUV, so you do your research and come back" - yes, that is exactly what he said. He was totally reluctant to answer to any of our questions. I asked Mike for a brochure with the variants of Tucson and a quotation. He initially told us the store doesn't have a model line-up with quotations. That was totally surprising to me. I then tried to narrow down to just FWD variants and quotations to make his job easier for which he told me he cannot show me all the variants and all the colors. Seriously? Was I even asking for the 12 variants and all the colors on display?? Definitely not. I asked for a freaking piece of paper with the line up and cost. This is what any salesperson would have offered us. We were there only because we were seriously thinking to upgrade to an SUV and Tucson was our top list. Thanks to Mike, we will never ever go back to Kingcross neither would recommend this center to any of our friends. I understand we were not suited up and are brown skinned. If Mike's judgement was totally based on the way we looked - I am sorry you are a terrible person Mike. We have been to many dealers in the past. You were a total disappointment. Going forward, if you decide to judge someone based on their skin tone, please be upfront with them that you are in no way interested to show them the car neither help them with their questions. This will save you and the customer a lot of time and energy. A 24 weeks pregnant woman would not be at your store if she wasn't seriously thinking about buying one. Thank you for trying so hard to shove us out of the showroom as quickly as you could. I will never ever forget the mental trauma you put me through this morning. You shall reap what you sow.
