His patience was second to none as we weren't too sure what we actually wanted and he was very knowledgeable in assisting us and ensuring us that we made a correct decision. His follow ups were great too. The day after we picked up the car he called to follow up to make sure we liked our new ride. He also followed up with an email to thank us for our business. Exactly what I would expect from top notch customer service. Thanks Ivan, you made our purchase easy and enjoyable. More

I would not go there again. my appointment was 11 am, I was there before 10 mins. then the front desk lady said to sit down with RUDE tone( I don't know how they hired this girls- blonde skinny lady) I literally waited for 1 hour then I see the guy with who I'm made appointment, he is just sitting there. after one hour I go and ask this rude lady " how long its gonna be" then she says " he is sitting there, now you can go" (I was like ok but I seen him sitting there since I got here). in a nutshell, THE WORST PLACE TO GO, WORST SERVICE EVER" More
3 strikes First, I must say I did not buy the vehicle here. Second, my first experience was really good. I went in to get a new key & while I was there they told me about some recalls and dealt with them then. Advisor: Andrew. The Three Strikes (for all visits I wasted my efforts scheduling appointments beforehand that seem not to really exist): 1) Oil Change. I went for an oil change. Waited an hour. (They did another recall). Paid and left. 1 month later noticed car was rattling. Looked under hood to discover oil EVERYWHERE and engine oil cap was off. Checked dipstick, no oil left in engine.... called the dealership and yelled at them for not noticing (I was upset at myself for not knowing any better, always check your car/under hood after services). Because of the time 5:59pm they hung up while I had them on hold and I could never reach them back. They never reimbursed me for my tow truck (how else would I bring them back the car to check THEIR error, when it wasn't safe to drive). They did replace the oil, oil cap & 'cleaned' under the hood (it's still oily) no charge. That's as far as the customer service. No apologies or coupons etc. Can't remember Advisors name. But he sits at the first desk. 2) Winter Tires Short and sweet. It took them 2+hours to put my off rim winter tires back on. I asked them why and their response is their equipment wasn't working.... no courtesy to let the customer know. I was told an hour and was late for work. Advisor Edwin. 3) ABS EPS and ECS lights My car wouldn't start. So I towed it there. They sent me home saying they'd update me. Took 4 hours before I called them. Edwin tells me the battery is too low to run diagnostics. Um, again does customer service mean nothing to you? They do not update you. They do not try to appease you and they charge an arm/leg for terrible labour. They wanna charge me $1100 to replace battery/Alternator. Ya right I'm towing my car out of there. I am done with this location. I work in customer service, so I understand how difficult it can be, however I never let that affect the service/care I provide. They don't communicate and clearly they don't care about their customers More
Worst place I have never experienced such horrible customer service. There is no sense of proffesionalism at this dealership , just a bunch of rude employees wh I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Unbelievable service We returned our 5 year leased Elantra to the dealership. We were not leasing or buying another Hyundai. We needed to remove the license plates. When we asked for help removing the plates, the leasing person gave me a cordless drill to remove on my own. I was flabbergasted that the service was downright rude. When we handed over the keys to the car, there was NO "thank-you for your business". For 5 years, we had obtained all of our maintenance services, which is a significant cost. I cannot comprehend this level of service from any type of business! More

Oil change with dealer $3 off coupon October 27 2016 I'm a long time KC service customer for warranty work and oil change service only. Suffice to say we've had many poor experiences In the past although I'm a long time KC service customer for warranty work and oil change service only. Suffice to say we've had many poor experiences In the past although I've never posted before. My daughter takes our Sante Fe in for an oil change service with a $3 off coupon sent to me by the dealership. When paying she presents the coupon to Edwin Ho who takes the coupon and indicates it was applied. I review invoice that night and note it was not applied. I call today and demand the return of $3 which they tell me I can credit or pick up. I choose the later. Shame on Edwin for blatantly lying to a young lady. Complete lack of customer regard!!! More

Salesman took me to his manager, who was one of the rudest person I ever dealt with. I asked for a quote and told him that I will compare the price at other dealerships. He refused to provide one and accused me that I am playing games with him, all for asking for a quote. what a xxxxing joke. I am not sure who hired him as a manager. I am not sure how are they in business to be honest. More

The person who scheduled me over the phone did not clarify this though he knows my concern.Edwin Ho dismissed me right away without any apologies for the mistake that Hyundai employee caused me.He did not even offered me alternative schedule. Employees here lack accountability of the actions of co-employee. Edwin Ho is arrogant and doesn't know what customer focus means. Clearly Hyundai needs to train their employees. Very bad after sales service. Will not recommend Hyundai to other friends. Good when they are selling the car. Poor after sales service. More
