My service advisor Edwin Ho, is always on top of things when it comes to service recommendations and parts needed for my car. Follows up the next day with either a call or email to ensure the car is working at optimal performance. If there is any questions/concerns, not to hesitate to ask. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His treatment towards all customers needs shows that he really cares about them and the safety of their vehicle. Yesterday, my car stopped running because the battery died. After a boast from the kindness of strangers, I phoned down to kingscross to let them know I was on my way from Oshawa and needed a battery stat. I initially phoned Whitby Hyundai and those fools refused to take my car (FAIL !!!!). On the advice of my Dad, he told me to take it to Edwin since he is extremely familiar with me as a customer and the car . 45 min later, I arrived back to Scarborough. As soon as i pulled up, Edwin came out, greeted me. I told him what happened and he took the car in right away because if I turned it off, the car would die again. Immediately, Edwin quoted me a fair price on a brand new battery, how long the job would take and the paperwork was started, the service began. Edwin offered me a seat, directed me to help myself to some coffee. He even offered shuttle service. Every once in awhile, Edwin provided me updates as to the status of the car which was very reassuring. Just before the car was released, the service team discovered two more issues with the car that needed to be addressed immediately. I wasn't very pleased but Edwin was firm in telling me that if this is not addressed, there will be problems down the line. After a brief pause, I agreed. After 3.5 hrs, my car was ready to go. As a added bonus, the service team gave my car a much needed wash. I was very appreciative. The car is running very well. Everything is just fantastic. I'm so over the moon. More

I could not believe condensation would produce 2" of water in a trunk compartment. They had my car from Friday night until close on Saturday. I called back on the Monday and spoke with the Service Manager, Edwin. He said if I wasn't happy I should bring my car back, only options he offered were Monday - Friday appointments, no Saturday. I said I don't live near the dealership and I just had a Saturday appointment, he said I should check my schedule and call him back. He was very rude! I purchased two vehicles from this dealership and this is how I get treated. That's okay, I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'll choose more wisely this time around! More

Winter prep I had a 2013 Elantra that I traded for a 2017. I did not realize that when I changed cars, it would delete the history for my winter tires. I spoke to Edwin Ho and he found my tires and set an appointment time for me to have them installed. He informed me that the policy had changed for the storage of tires and it was now 89.99 per season. I asked him if there was anything that he could do for me in regard to that. I have been dealing with him since 2011 and he said he would look into it. He arranged for me to get the old price instead. I always call or email Edwin when I need to have anything done to my car. He is always professional, courteous and does his best to ensure everything is completely accurately, in a timely manner and at the best price he can give me. Being in retail for over 30 years, I appreciate good customer service. More
