Review of my oil change at Hyundai w/Imtiyaz Patel's help. I had a most pleasant experience bringing our 2016 Sante Fe Sport in for an oil change at Kings Cross Hyundai earlier this week. Imtiyaz was very help I had a most pleasant experience bringing our 2016 Sante Fe Sport in for an oil change at Kings Cross Hyundai earlier this week. Imtiyaz was very helpful in shepherding me through the whole process. He updated me as to the progress that was being made on my vehicle in a timely fashion and in a very professional manner. I must say that Imtiyaz is a true asset to Kings Cross Hyundai. You should be very proud of him. His unassumingly good nature is a good fit in his Assistant Service Manger role. Kudos to Imtiyaz! Service Excellence I have been a customer of Kingscrooss Hyundai for almost 10 years and will remain a customer for many years to come for the following reasons: 1, T I have been a customer of Kingscrooss Hyundai for almost 10 years and will remain a customer for many years to come for the following reasons: 1, There is no up selling and they only do the work that needs to be done 2, Service hours are convenient. I have my car generally serviced early in the morning and generally by 9 am I have my car back on the road. 3. Customer service agents are excellent and ensure that customer is fully informed. They always check to see if vehicle is subject to any recalls and the car is always returned after having been washed. 4. Cars always undergo general check for lights, tire pressure and fluid levels and leaves me with peace of mind between services Customer service and pricing are important factors for me. There are probably better cars with more technology on the road today, but I will stay with Hyundai and more specifically, Kingscross Hyundai just because of the the customer service excellence they provide.
