"astonoshing service experience!" I walked in on a Saturday morning and had asked the receptionist for an oil change. I was told that they are fully booked that day but when she asked I walked in on a Saturday morning and had asked the receptionist for an oil change. I was told that they are fully booked that day but when she asked Edwin he accepted me but will have to wait for approx. 2 hrs which I agreed. To my surprise! I was able to have my car oil changed within an hour wait only! Thanks Edwin for the promised that you will do your best to have the service done the soonest you can. In addition to the 2-year major service, it was evident that my vehicle needed repair/replacement of a part. Imtiyaz advised me of my option on either to replace it right away or at my next service, since it was a costly replacement. He took me to the garage and showed me what was wrong and the part that was needed to be replaced. All this was very helpful to me in assessing the situation and deciding on what I needed to do. Imtiyaz arranged for transport to take me home and pick me up since my vehicle would not be ready for around 5 hours. I commend Imtiyaz on his impeccable service and dedication in ensuring that the customer is given the best service possible! More
