Another fantastic experience at Kingscross I bought in my 2013 Santa Fe for a regular oil change this week. Because I was hearing some strange noise from the front end, the manager Anthony ask I bought in my 2013 Santa Fe for a regular oil change this week. Because I was hearing some strange noise from the front end, the manager Anthony asked me to bring in the car a day early and give me a courtesy vehicle to drive so they can check things out thoroughly. I dropped the car off with the Assistant Manager Garmin and received a phone call from him WITHIN THE HOUR letting me know exactly what they found. I authorized the work and received another phone call from Garmin shortly after letting me know the car was done. I brought back the courtesy car the next day to pick up my car, and they gave me a discount on the repair work. This is the ONLY place I have taken my car for service since I bought it, and this is just answer example why. More

Consistent Vehicle Service I have owned brand new Hyundai vehicles for the past few years and bring my vehicles to Kingscross Hyundai for service religiously. I don't like th I have owned brand new Hyundai vehicles for the past few years and bring my vehicles to Kingscross Hyundai for service religiously. I don't like that I make an appointment and still have to wait on average 20+ minutes to be served. It is very similar to a DR's waiting room where you show up on time for your appointment and are told to wait as someone will be right with you...they are never right with you, so what is the point of making an appointment? Again, waiting a few minutes isn't unreasonable but over 20 minutes, come on now. The waiting is a waste of time and this process could be a lot more efficient. I will say that the service advisers/managers are typically helpful and detailed in explaining the service and what I can expect. My vehicle is typically ready in the time frame they relay once they take in your vehicle. Edwin was the last service manager I dealt with and he provided me with assistance. On my last visit, I purchased a piece of trim for my driver's side door ($55) from the parts department of the dealership and asked if they could pop this on the door while they were changing my oil. They told me there would be an installation fee to install this small part. I told them not to bother as it seemed pretty ridiculous I would have to pay to snap on this small piece after already paying $62 for an oil change. I took the part home and was able to put the piece on myself in 10 minutes. It would have been nice if they could have done this for me but I guess customer service is not in their best interest. I will continue to take my vehicle to the dealership as I am a loyal customer and do believe they are able to service my Tuscon best while under warranty. I would recommend they re-evaluate their commitment to customer service and satisfaction by improving their processes and going the extra mile to reward customers for their patronage. More

vehicle issues I have had a couple issues with my Santa Fe over the last month. Both times causing me to loose speed on the 401, going from 100 km/h to 60 in seconds I have had a couple issues with my Santa Fe over the last month. Both times causing me to loose speed on the 401, going from 100 km/h to 60 in seconds. It is a very scary thing to happen. I am not happy with this and worried each time I am on the highway. It is only 30 months old and if I could trade it in for a new one I would. The one good thing is each time, I took it in to service the next morning and Edwin took me immediately and dealt with the issue. I was very grateful the second time when Edwin offered me a loner car so I wasn’t inconvenienced any more than necessary. Edward More
