I went to Kingscross hyundai to do 7 times oil consumption tests due to internal engine oil burning issue. Mr. Garman Fung really helped me, guided me, and assisted me to get through the all the o consumption tests due to internal engine oil burning issue. Mr. Garman Fung really helped me, guided me, and assisted me to get through the all the oil consumption tests to advocating with Hyundai Canada behalf of myself to get warrenty cover for my defected engine part to be replaced by Hyundai Canada. I went for a recall and am very happy with the work done and the service that I received.I was told a 2-hour wait. it was 1 1/2 hours and I was offered a bottle of water in lieu of coffee! Great sales rep. Very prompt service and fairly knowledgeable of their products. Unfortunately the bulky interior redesign of Santa fe similar to Placid models wasn't in our favor. And Tucson was knowledgeable of their products. Unfortunately the bulky interior redesign of Santa fe similar to Placid models wasn't in our favor. And Tucson was still lower and smaller design then previous generation Santa Fe... unfortunately we have to either wait for a better design or find a different make. I really enjoy and love the previous short wheel base model of Santa fe, it was more roomy. I hope hyundai comes back with better design.. More

The receptionist very accommodating, actually no concerns with her. BUT, The feeling is like you are entering a lions den. Staff will lie directly to face looking at your eyes straight. They only want your money. Bunch of crooks. especially the managers in Service department. They do not have a word. They will make you feel comfortable as much as they can stabbing at the back. If you do not know anything about cars avoid this dealership at all cost. They will take advantage of you. License mechanic will also lie to you. They are an organization of crooks. The license technician should be strip out of his license. More

We called the dealership somtime in nov 2020 and book and appointment looking fo a suv spoken with kemar and have scheduled. Went to the delearship the same month and was told that we will have the hyundai p appointment looking fo a suv spoken with kemar and have scheduled. Went to the delearship the same month and was told that we will have the hyundai palisade in the next 2 weeks 2 weeks have passed and no car 3 weeks 4 weeks still no car so We decide to call the advisor and guess what he told us that the car isnt coming in 2-3 months. In our surprise we went to the dealership and spoke with Sales agent asking why he lied about the delivery date and spoke to his manager Ruben asking that we will like to cancel our purchase since we dont have a car to use and we cant wait 3 more months. And he said that they will provide us with a service car after 4 days they gave us the hyundai palisade to use while waiting for the car that was supposed to be ours okay. And then waited again for 86 days to be exact because they know that if we dont get our car for 90 days we have the right to cancel the deal so they made it before the said 90days ofcourse not to lose another sale. So finally after waiting for a couple of months it finally arrive after being lied to that the car will be purs in 2 weeks time. We had our car delired last saturday feb 13,2021 after all the frustrations and dissapointments its happening we bring back the service car that they provided to us with half tank just like what is in the contract when they give it to us. And now again after a few days heres the agent messaging us that we will be fined because the gas in the car that we use is half a tank? While they gave it to us with the same level of gas can you imagine that. I highly recommend NOT to make business with this dealership specially with kemar edwards and Ruben. They are the worst sales person you would ever find . More
