I was in the process of getting a mortgage and reviewing my existing car loan documents, which is close to $70K. I discovered that the dealer and the finance representative had stolen my loyalty rewards. I my existing car loan documents, which is close to $70K. I discovered that the dealer and the finance representative had stolen my loyalty rewards. I had agreed to a 0.5% rate reduction for a new loan, but I found out they only applied 0.05%. In other words, they stole 0.45% of the interest. Trust matters!!! More
