I recently got new elentra 2023 from kingscross hyundai. i had an amazing experience from dealer "nina dagdag". she was very nice and explain every details about car and policy as well. she gave all the ans i had an amazing experience from dealer "nina dagdag". she was very nice and explain every details about car and policy as well. she gave all the answers in no time and with big smile on face. she is very friendly and i had great customer experience from dealership. although i had to wait for my car about 4 months and every time i ask nina about when ill get my car she always reply me without getting frustrated. but on pickup day my car was not properly cleaned or washed. slightly missing on detailing of car. but overall i am happy with customer service.
