We searched for a mini van from at least 7 different dealership, some new others used and we finally came to king of cars bc, even though their were other dealerships with nice vehicles the price at king of cars was much better so we had to check them out. After coming down and talking with Mahdi and Nathan we were set on a 2014 dodge grand caravan which we purchased and were very happy with. The vehicle was certified through Dodge as requested as well as their own shop, was kind of surprised they did two inspections but they were very helpful in calming our nerves about buying a vehicle from here. Would highly recommend, good staff and much better prices which would be the real reason we came here We asked for a carproof, ICBC history report, vehicle inspection, detailed vehicle report and all were provided. Simply ask for any document or service and king of cars will gladly provide it to you from our experience! More

I read some of their other reviews where the person said just come down and see for yourself, don't have to buy a car but see they have excellent customer service, well I came down 3 times before buying and they nice from beginning to end. Im not going to go into prices or finance because I think any dealership has financing and prices you could find yourself, I took time out of my day only because they were very kind and nice to me every step! Disappointing I will say that they did have a lot of stock and the staff was not pushy. However, I went there looking for a Hyundai Genesis coupe that they had advertised on Craigslist and their website. When I arrived at the dealership, I was advised that they sold the Genesis. The next day I was checking Cragislist again and saw that they re-posted the car that they claimed they sold. I emailed asking if the car was actually available and maybe the employee was misinformed. They responded saying the car has sold. The entire week they have continued to re-post the car on Craigslist even though it has apparently sold. I don't know if this is some kind of tactic to get customers to come to their lot, but I can say that I won't be going back there to buy a car. If they can't even honestly advertise their vehicles, I can't imagine what else they aren't being honest about. More

As I was leaving the lot Jacob, one of their sales reps asked me "need help with anything" and I simply said "where were you when I walked in" again I was upset! Jacob told me that he did not want to pressure us into buying a car and that their vehicles "sell themselves" and that they get a lot of customers and repeat customers because they never pressure or use sales tactics on their customers. Told me they set a price that's fair, provide detailed Car Proof and ICBC reports as well as provide either factory warranty or provide full warranty coverage through national warranty companies. I was glad that they actively involved me in the process before talking price to make sure this was the car I was going to buy. So I decided to test drive a 2011 Bmw 328 and after they showed me all the paperwork, including full warranty and past ownership, going out of their way to answer all my questions I realized this was the place I was going to buy my car. I am really glad I came here and why I decided to write this review. When you buy a car don't let someone sell you a car, look at the vehicle, make sure you have all the Carproof, ICBC history, accident reports, make sure you have warranty information and make sure you know the price is good. I was very impressed that even the manager Matt told me "your welcome to shop around and figure out which car you want to buy." Never let anyone tell you a car is good, ask for all the information and make sure you check the details and price comparison of that vehicle! More
