Very Poor Customer and Sales Service I had set up an appointment to view a used vehicle. Drove to the dealer and was told it was already sold. They never called and said it was because of the holiday. I am disabled and am recovering from surgery for cancer. Had to drive a considerable distance and over a toll bridge twice. They said "sorry" and brushed me off. No offer of looking at another vehicle or even a mention of help. What a joke. Very poor service and I would recommend to avoid this dealer. More

Warranty work well done I bought a used Versa from another dealership. At the time of inspection nothing wrong was noticed (they had the car warmed up and fresh oil). After b I bought a used Versa from another dealership. At the time of inspection nothing wrong was noticed (they had the car warmed up and fresh oil). After buying it and driving for a while, the engine knock was evident. Luckly for me, the car was still under warranty. The local dealer wanted $150 just to look at it, but Steve (from King George Nissan) said: "No problem, bring it here, we will take a look free of charge". So off I went (they are a bit far from where I live), and they confirmed the knock. I had no receipts (as it is a used car), but they honored the warranty, and replaced the short block for free (a very expensive item if I had to pay - thousands of dollars). The service managers are friendly and I would recommend you give them a try! More
