Pleasant, honest and fair. I am very pleased with Timmins Kia. They treated me with respect and patience. They answered all my questions with terms that were well explained. I was provided with a fair trade-value, and had the opportunity to bring the potential new vehicle home for the night for my husband to take a look while they took a closer look at my trade-in. I never felt pressure, and enjoyed the experience. It was never about convincing me, or rushing my decisions. He was readily available and worked around my schedule. Nancy Pilon was both knowledgeable and patient as she answered our many questions, and did so in a genuine, warm manner.
