Bought a 2012 Sedona from Kia of Newmarket in October. Sale associate Jennifer Newlove was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to do business with. Other staffs were friendly as Sale associate Jennifer Newlove was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to do business with. Other staffs were friendly as well. While we were waiting, they took out two Ipads for our boys to play with. Bought many cars before and this is by far the best experience I've every had. We were considering over a year ago to buy new but timing wasn't right we met Jen at this time the nicest thing was that she wasn't calling us pulling a Cris Angel "Are you Ready" every night calling to push wasn't right we met Jen at this time the nicest thing was that she wasn't calling us pulling a Cris Angel "Are you Ready" every night calling to push a sale. When first entering the dealership, I was greated by Kate and she advised that she would just take a minute to record my kilometers. I advised that I would be sitting in the waiting area to set up my comput and she advised that she would just take a minute to record my kilometers. Kate brought over the paperwork to be signed and explained the service I would be receiveing. Kate ensured that I could access the dealer internet and offered me coffee. Kate also let me know should I not want to wait that a shuttle service is available. Kate also came back to me to explain that I required additional work, she did not pressure me jsut explained the issues. When I agreed to the additonal work, she once again offered me the shuttle service if I did not want to wait. I advised that I would wait and she reminded me there was coffee available and wanted to know if I needed anything esle. When the work was finished, Kate was prompt to advise me and cash me out. Katelyn was great, very friendly and explained everything. I thought the price was a bit high for a regular oil/bumper to bumper/tire rotation compared to other placed (usually $49.00 + tax). From the minute we walked into the dealership to the moment we drove off the lot a few weeks later, our experience with all the staff at Kia of Newmarket was second to none. He was personable, friendly, honest, and forthcoming. He was willing to earn our business by offering some great options, and guaranteed we would not find a better client experience elsewhere. He wasn't lying! He took the stress out of the experience of purchasing a new vehicle and even made it fun for us. The icing on the cake came today when we picked up the vehicle. There it was in its own little show room, ready to go. You guys made the day very special for me by commemorating the moment with a photograph complete with props (haha!). So thank you for recognizing what a big thing it is to purchase a new car! I could go on and on but want to recognize all of the staff here, Blake especially, for such a fantastic experience. As always, my experience with the Service Department is excellent! Very respectful of my time and informative about work to be done! Stephanie is very helpful in advising me of pricing and make sure I am excellent! Very respectful of my time and informative about work to be done!
