Repeat Customer! I had recently just purchased a Kia Sorento from Kia in Newmarket. I had gone in with a very faint idea of what I was looking for. Michael from sales had assisted me every step of the way! He worked with me in detail from deciding what I was interested in, what best suited my family and I, keeping in mind a friendly budget, and a breakdown of all the financial paperwork and expenses. He introduced me to some wonderful people in the financial department including Jay, and Elaine who were a pleasure to work with, who made it comfortable and reassuring in the purchase process! The customer service was great, always kept in touch, updated regularly, and any questions I had where answered promptly! Even at the end of my visit, Michael and the rest of the Kia team in Newmarket made sure I knew how to operate my vehicle, showed me all my features, set up blue tooth ect! The kept in touch with me as we waited for my brand new Kia Rio 5 to arrive! I was scheduled to pick the car up the day before my birthday, and knowing this, Jennifer and Elaine took it upon themselve to go above and beyond by decorating my new car with many balloons. It made for a one of a kind memorable experience. Kate and Stephanie are amazing in the service centre. I have had to bring my vehicle in twice since purchasing it and they were nothing but helpful in booking an appointment and accommodating my schedule. Katelyn is always bubbly and friendly. She greets every customer with a great big contagious smile you can't help but have on your face by the time you leave her. The impression that I have is that Stephanie and Kate certainly aim to please and customer service is 10 out of 10. Blake originally sold us our Optima last year and was outstanding. Very down to earth, easy going and knowledgeable. After visiting other Kia dealerships closer to home we specifically chose to go out of our way to work with Blake. More
