SHE IS INSISTING WE SHOULD DO SERVICE NO. 4 OR ELSE THEY WILL NOT DOING CHANGE OIL EVEN WE SAID THAT WE WILL DO IT NEXT TIME DUE TO NO BUDGET, BUT SHE DONT REALLY LISTEN AND NO CONCERN TO THE CLIENTS. If I am her manager, I will probably fire her due to much trouble causing to the clients and put KIA to a low rating. I even talk to Facebook KIA owner which they have the same experience with her rudeness. Hoping this will be a wakeup call to the management. More
Back after 10 days - Incorrect Assessment of Engine Light I took my Kia Rondo in to have the engine light assessed. I received a call indicating that the issue was dirty injectors and a loose intake hose. T I took my Kia Rondo in to have the engine light assessed. I received a call indicating that the issue was dirty injectors and a loose intake hose. That service had been completed 15K prior, but given that they had assessed the engine light code and determined that the injectors and hose were the problem, I gave them the green light to proceed. 10 days later the light went back on and I went in to have it assessed again. Upon inspection they found that the mass airflow sensor was the issue in addition to an after market K&N air filter which was installed properly and running perfectly. So, the first time I ended up paying for a recommended service that cost me $450 because whoever inspected my vehicle wasn't able to find the root of the problem. When I questioned the reason for paying $450 for something that wasn't the issue I was told that it was a service that they recommend after 36K. I paid $450 for a recommended service! One that I would not have proceeded with had I known that that wasn't the issue! So now I am out $450. The manager kept saying that it was a recommended service but did not acknowledge the fact that I wouldn't have proceeded with a recommended service knowing that it had just been performed quite recently. He took no accountability that it was an error. No apology for their mistake. I get that it may happen, but own up to it and make it up to the customer. The real problem ended up costing us another $300. How are we supposed to have any trust in this service centre? People are paying premium prices at the dealership and the fact that there is a lack of accountability and poor judgment is very concerning. Needless to say we'll be looking elsewhere next time so that we don't get robbed of our hard earned dollars again. One last point about Natasha at the front counter. On a scale of 1 to 10. She comes in at 1 the most. Her service was terrible, she was rude, unaccommodating and had quite the attitude. She also insisted that the filter had been thrown out - in fact she 'guaranteed' it was. I ended up finding it in the vehicle and wish I would have seen it when I was heading out...would have loved to hear what she had to say. More

I must say, I am very impressed with the service department, I typically deal with Juliana or Natasha and they always treat me like family. The only complaint that I would have is that the last time I went in a dealt with Susan and I felt like she was trying to take advantage of me and that she wasn't being honest. Next time I will just make sure that I deal with anyone other than her cause everyone else is awesome! I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Kia because of the level of service I get!! More
Surprising Generosity to mitigate my car service troubles I have always had good experiences with this dealership, it's where I bought my first brand new car. Recently had an electrical problem compromising driveability (safety) that took about 2.5 days to resolve all told, but the unexpected gesture of the manager on my second visit after they (rightfully) thought the mechanical problem was fixed prompted me to write this review in appreciation. Thank you Paul, for immediately taking care of the ongoing problem and replacing the second coil for me gratis and thanks Brad, Susan and Natasha, et al in the shop for your timely attention to the matter, flexibility (eg. working on my car at 4 pm when I returned) and good attitudes when faced with my frustration over the problem. This is another example of outstanding customer service by this dealership. It's the ONLY dealership I have EVER dealt with over two decades that treats people like people. Kia works hard to build strong relationships with their customers and this is another example of how they do that. More

Great Service Department I have on two occasions needed to get service on my 2013 Sorento for issues unrelated to poor performance such as recalls and parts. On both occasions I have on two occasions needed to get service on my 2013 Sorento for issues unrelated to poor performance such as recalls and parts. On both occasions the people at the service desk were more than willing to provide advice, options and recommendations and did so in a timely and friendly manner. When I needed information they did not have, they offered to look it up for me and gave me all the contact information I needed. When it came time for the actual service I was booked in the next day, advised in advance it may take up to 4 hours and then, pleasantly got my car back only 2 hours later. They provided me with a comfortable space to wait and do some "work" and had all the paperwork ready when I was ready to head out. Thank you Natasha and team. I have not had experiences like that at other KIA service departments so kudos to West Edmonton. I would recommend them to any KIA owner. More

We presently have our vehicle at the dealership waiting for a park to get fixed the have had it since Monday and it is now Friday they gave me no loaner car while i wait for my vehicle to be repaired and i haven't spoke to anyone since Tuesday no has followed up with me to let me know what is going on. This advisor screw me up bigtime I went there this afternoon for oil change and to inspect my wheel alignment of my Kia Sedona. She told me that I have to do service 2 since it was pa I went there this afternoon for oil change and to inspect my wheel alignment of my Kia Sedona. She told me that I have to do service 2 since it was part of the package and I said if there's a problem with my wheel alignment then proceed to service 2 . To my surprise, they finished the job at around 5:30 pm and somebody attended me because this advisor went home already. They did the service 2 without touching the wheel alignment. They charged me for 216 bucks and if they will gonna fix the wheel alignment I have to pay another 140 bucks. I said "WHAT!!!!!" The manager also doesnt want to give me my keys even though they don't fix what I wanted to fix in my vehicle. YOU SCREW ME UP BIGTIME!!! I will never ever come back to this dealership ANYMORE!!!
