Taken Advantage Of A couple weeks ago I had to have my car towed there as it was making a "clunking" noise and I was concerned about driving it as I live four hours away A couple weeks ago I had to have my car towed there as it was making a "clunking" noise and I was concerned about driving it as I live four hours away. I was told by service that the front rotors were very very rusty and needed to be replaced at a cost of $510.00 dollars. I asked if I could drive with the old rotors so I could take my car to the Kia Dealership where I live and was told NO. As I was afraid to drive back to where I live I felt I had no choice but to have rotors replaced. When I was called that car was "fixed" I asked for the old rotors. Upon my return to where I live I went to the Kia Dealership where I live and showed the service department the old rotors and they said there was nothing wrong with them and did not need to be replaced. I have never felt so disgusted and ripped off with a dealership as this one. I will never recommend or go near this place again. They will tell you your vehicle needs work when it doesn't. Dealership does not even deserve a rating of any kind. More
Exceptional service for an out-of-province traveler. On February 19th we stopped at the KIA Dealership in Edmonton with a request for immediate assistance with a couple of issues that had arisen suddenly On February 19th we stopped at the KIA Dealership in Edmonton with a request for immediate assistance with a couple of issues that had arisen suddenly with our Sportage. There was urgency from our perspective since we would be driving from Edmonton to Moose Jaw with our young grandchildren (3 and 5) the next day in extremely cold temperatures. Natasha was very courteous and accommodating in getting our vehicle in and promptly dealing with our issues. In addition she also dealt with a recall notice that had been issued recently. Excellent service is always appreciated, but especially under the circumstances. More

Thank you Juliana, you are the best! We had an issue with our Kia Sorento after it had been serviced. I called to speak with the Service Manager but he was away. She went over and above to assist me. Juliana is professional, empathetic and calm. She handled the situation beautifully and made a stressful situation a whole lot better. Engine failed!! My engine failed and I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Staring at a huge repair bill I was losing sleep awaiting diagnostics. The verdic My engine failed and I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Staring at a huge repair bill I was losing sleep awaiting diagnostics. The verdict came in swiftly within half a day and Kia had decided to replace my entire engine at no charge based on a warranty recall, no haggling or complaining required. In the process, they also recommended replacing my clutch as they would be able to waive the labor charge as the car was being taken apart anyway. Natasha and the girls were fabulous the whole way through keeping me up to date and I got a rental car in the meantime. Unbelievably positive experience created from a horrible situation. Thanks to the service team at Kia West for a job well done! More

We started by taking our Spotage in for servicing and ended up purchasing our new Sorento. We hadn't planned on buying a new vehicle, but Landyn convinced us to have an appraisal. We dealt with several staff members during our negotiation, all were extremly helpful and pieasant to deal with. We have always had our Sportage serviced at the dealership and the staff has been very pleasant while booking an appointment to actual service. We have also dealt with the parts department. They provided great help and service. More

Ryan Kelly at Kia West Edmonton really came through for me. My car had broken down on our very cold Christmas Day and with being almost 8 months pregnant, I was at a lose. Without having to travel all the way to Edmonton, Ryan was able to help me out and provide exceptional service. Getting my Sorento up and running again was truly a life saver and I can’t Thank Kia West Edmonton enough. More

She has made sure everything is done properly and does it with a smile. It is rare these days to find someone who works so hard to make her customers feel welcome. She has earned me as a repeat customer to this dealership as she has made me feel like she WANTS to help. No one wants to take a car in to have it serviced, but Juliana makes it way less painful than it coul be!! I hope others take the time to acknowledge her hard work and dedication. Response was "we are working,on a quote and would like to call you", and asked for my telephone number. Advised I would prefer emailed quote as per my original request. Never did receive a written price quote. Had this experience before with this dealership. Seems they to want to only quote verbally by phone, not in writing. Have booked with another Kia Dealer who quoted in writing for the same service. More
