purchase 2012 traverse 63000 klms add claim 40000klm warrity 8 week ago claim 8 hour drive to pick up chev traverse .... discussed ahead of pick up all expectation of delivery and what they would do if any probl 8 week ago claim 8 hour drive to pick up chev traverse .... discussed ahead of pick up all expectation of delivery and what they would do if any problems....rushed thru paper work would not show me suv park on back street and assist manager disappeared no help at all ....drove to front entrance an found rep went over many safety problem and car not what was advertise ....steve martin and eric all assured this would not happen ,,,,TMS sensors missing,, one snow tire 3 summer,, no brake light,, no turning signal ,,,dirty oil ,,,no gas..... dirty seats,,, holes in dash... passenger door very hard to close....dash does not line up with door trim....front brakes gone.... to rotor ..and to top it off snow tire had names and size ground of the side making tire scrape and provided no proper sales paper work took me a month to safty and get permit in Ontario ...... kia manager claims this is Quebec stanadards ,,, I check it is not kias policy to lie cheat and put any customer in harms ways ..im NOW in full time to let people KNOW ..who kia hires and let deals like this go on More
