Kia On Hunt Club

I am providing this rating because I feel that both the dealership (Kia on Hunt Club) and the two people who served me deserve to be recognized by the Company and by sharing this information with the publi dealership (Kia on Hunt Club) and the two people who served me deserve to be recognized by the Company and by sharing this information with the public. I went to the dealership only to look at the Kia Forte and Kia Rio. Charbel Abillama presented himself to us. From the outset, I immediately noticed and appreciated his casual, non aggressive - yet warm and friendly - demeanor. Without any hesitation Charbel knew his product and was extremely knowledgeable. My son and I returned to the dealership for a second visit and spent a great deal of time discussing all options available to us. Again, Charbel took his time and there was absolutely no high pressure sales practice on his part - something which both my son and I highly appreciated. We also spoke to Charbel's Manager, Rabieh Nassrallah. We had the same experience with Rabieh. He too was extremely friendly and open about what they could do for us if we wished to purchase a car. Further, he also did not exhibit any high pressure sales tactics and was honest and straight forward. I am not yet in a position to buy a new car, however when I am I would most definitely go back to Kia On Hunt Club and will ensure that Charbel serves me. I met with Mo to test drive the Kia Soul and the Kia Rondo. I was a little undecided between the 2 going in, but Mo helped me decide that the Rondo was the best for me. Once we sat down to talk money, Mo was honest and didn't attempt to play games, and didn't push me for a sale. He was fair while negotiating, and he gave me a great deal. It took 1 week from the purchase date to get my Rondo since due to the end of the year, there weren't any available in Canada with the options I chose. Mo kept me up to date during these two weeks and promptly replied when I texted him asking for an update. All in all, I highly recommend you ask for Mo if you want to purchase any Kia vehicle.
