My buying experience at Kia on Hunt Club was excellent. I had shopped around for a long period of time at other dealers and found that there always seemed to be something different in person than what the ca had shopped around for a long period of time at other dealers and found that there always seemed to be something different in person than what the car was actually listed with. The car I went in looking for was exactly as listed and I am now a proud owner of a 2010 Mazda3. The sales staff there were friendly Charbel was helpful willing to wheel and deal to get me into that car and I felt well taken care of. Hassan the finance manager definitely made my experience stress free answering (the many) questions I had and was able to secure a more than acceptable financing rate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be buying my next car from them. * Note: There was a problem with the key fob after I had purchased the vehicle and they were more than happy to fix the problem free of charge, I was impressed. Kevin Tang was enthusiastic and eager to please. He was not pushy but showed he was willing to find us what we were looking for. As a new salesperson, if he didn't know an answer he was quick to research a not pushy but showed he was willing to find us what we were looking for. Tony was very eager and attentive when I accessed the Kia on Hunt Club website to apply for $500 discount. He signed me up for the discount immediately. When I dropped by the dealership unannounced at lunch hour he went over the various makes and models and reviewed what I was looking for and then he arranged a test drive within minutes. The process was low key, no pressure. Once I made my purchase decision the negotiation was open and quickly resolved in a very satisfactory way. Together with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager the process of getting me into my new vehicle was completed in an efficient and timely way. More

I was not forced to buy anything except I was really convinced. At the delivery, Naim prepared the car nicely and explained all the features step by step. He was very knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our purchase from him! More
Within a day of posting an on-line request, I was contacted by Imed Moustapha. I met with Imed to discuss the vehicle I was interested in. I then met with Tony C. who was very personable and polite and went over the vehicle with me and never hesitated to offer his assistance or answer any questions I had at the time or in the future. The Sales Mgr. was also very polite and stated that he and his staff were there to help or assist in any way. All staff were friendly and personable, from the receptionist to the service personnel. One observation is that when a service appt. is being booked, that the customer be advised of the time required for the service, so they can arrange their day accordingly and also be advised that a Shuttle Service is available to them. - it's little things like this that make a difference. All in all I was very satisfied with my experience. More

As far as I am concerned, the customer always gets screwed a little when buying a new car. However, I feel pretty good about the deal I negotiated at Kia on Hunt Club. I went into Kia just to look and browse, but ended up getting a 2013 Kia Rio. Cameron was very helpful, understanding, patient, etc. Normally salesmen are a pain in the butt and just want you to buy something so they can make their money, not Cameron. Cameron dosn't want you to buy a car unless you want to, he gives you the information that you need. VERY helpful! Go see him if you want to not be pressured and want to feel comforatable with buying your car!! More
