He was very knowledgable and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. i was ale to test drive both vehicles and made a well informed decision without being steered or pushed in any direction. As such, I required a reliable all-season vehicle that is comfortable, reasonable on fuel consumption and stylish. Granted that my selection criteria has just about narrowed it down to every new model on the 2014 market, I needed some help. Mr. Salem came highly recommended by my mother-in-law (which is surprising given that she doesn't like anyone) who had purchased a vehicle from him weeks earlier . I expected a "pushy salesman" type but Mr. Salem had a very "hands off" approach to sales. I felt no pressure to buy and learned a great deal from him. He explains EVERYTHING to you without making you feel like you've been living under a rock for the past decade. EVERYTHING matters with him and he makes sure to really advise you as to what you should look for in buying a car without pushing his own on you. It's like buying a car from your best friend. With that being said, I wasn't planning on buying a kia at first and I shopped around quite a bit online. I really underestimated the importance of getting the in-person opinion of a sales expert like Mr. Salem who demonstrated an extensive background in auto-mechanics and the inner workings of a car. Even if you're not sure what to buy, Mr. Salem will educate you on what model best suits your lifestyle. Ultimately, I purchased a kia and my wife loves it and as long as she's happy, so am I!
