Best car shopping experience I've ever had. Period. Hadn't even stepped foot out of my car yet and was already greeted with a smile from the lovely Courtney Lamirande. Not even 5 minutes after, we were off for a test drive. Asked a few questions about the car during the drive and she answered each quickly and accurately. Very well prepared and knowledgeable. Once back, we sat down and filled out the paperwork for the trade in and discussed price points. I gave her my expectations and off she went to the manager. 10 minutes later, she comes back with a bi-monthly payment a few(6) dollars over my asking. Perfect! We then talked options and add-ins, and asked about inclusions and pretty much everything I asked for was easy to get included in said price without any hassle or wheeling and dealing. (Upgraded rims and wheels from 17" to 18" with machines rims, and also winter tires on rims) The whole time, smiling and laughing. Super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, and already have. Mike, the General Sales Manager was also one of the most friendly GMs I've ever encountered. Most are always so serious and half dread speaking with customers, but Mike came out of his office to personally greet me and talk. Same as Courtney, all smiles :) Superb service! More

Courtney was able to not only help me, but teach me along the way. I felt very comfortable and absolutely no pressure. Courtney is sweet, spunky, and passionate about her customers. Knowing it was my first car purchase and very important to me, the staff took their time and made sure I was always on the same page as they were. I was able to call Courtney any time of the day and my questions were always answered. If they were not answered immediately, I was always followed-up with one. Even after my purchase, I am pleasantly greeted and chatted to by the team when I return to the dealership. Overall the staff are friendly, patient, and clearly experts. My new car is still as exciting as the day I drove it home, I love it! More

Nightmare! no respect at all for the buyers July 2014 went in to purchase a used 2010 Hyundai SUV. Applied for the car, went through the credit process and was approved for the car. Received a v July 2014 went in to purchase a used 2010 Hyundai SUV. Applied for the car, went through the credit process and was approved for the car. Received a voice mail to call the rep back so I did and he never responded to me for 2 weeks. I called talked to management they said he was terminated and they would review and call me back. Once again a week went by with no call back and when I stopped in I saw the car I purchased was sold. To make it worse they checked my credit 6 ( SIX) times in a day and 3 times with Kia Canada.. You know what that did to my credit score.. And even better NO one after 1 year of calls has had the respect to call me to explain what happened or offer an apology. I would NEVER recommend these crooks. I have finally brought my legal counsel into this issue to help receive closure and receive the response I deserved a year ago! More
Poor Service/ Staff Coordination I contacted Hunt Club Kia by phone (613-688-6000) on June 30th 2015. I had to register our contact information as we had not yet used their service. I contacted Hunt Club Kia by phone (613-688-6000) on June 30th 2015. I had to register our contact information as we had not yet used their service. I booked an appointment for a simple oil change and was advised that we could be accommodated if we arrived at 4:00 p.m. as they closed at 5:00. The person on the phone reiterated we had to arrive at 4:00. My wife hurried to the appointment to be there by 4:00 and arrived prior to 4:00. When my wife arrived she was advised she was not booked to any appointment and could only be seen at 5:00. She had to leave as we had alternate plans. I called the dealership back and asked what type of games they were playing. The person I spoke with stated he just found her appointment booking ( it was now approx. 4:15 and my wife had left the dealership and wasted approx. 40 minutes of driving time for nothing). I informed the associate that I would not again deal with this company in less than appropriate terms and would gladly communicate the service they had extended to us. "IDIOTS" More
