We were able to have great conversations about our desires for a particular model and colour of 2016 Kia Sedona that we really wanted to purchase. Although they didn't immediately have the specific vehicle we wanted, Nour was able to reach out and find exactly what we were looking for. He stuck with us as we worked out our final deal, and in the end... he and Atheer offered us a great price for what we were looking at. And although there were some "bumps" in the final delivery of the vehicle (which was outside of the dealership's control) Nour and Mike made it happen for us! We received the EXACT vehicle we had wanted and could not be happier. Thank you Nour! We are really enjoying our new Sedona and appreciate all of your efforts that made our dreams an amazing reality.
