I need a Hybrid I had previously purchased a brand new 2009 Ford Escape back in 2008 from Lino at Key West ford and have been very happy. In 2010 I purchased a 2010 K I had previously purchased a brand new 2009 Ford Escape back in 2008 from Lino at Key West ford and have been very happy. In 2010 I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte from a dealer in Penticton for work, but over the years I was not happy with its performance and mileage. I wanted an alternative, so we started looking at Hybrids and electric cars. The Ford Fusion was the first we looked at and they had a 2014 that we could see. I continued on looking at other models of hybrids and electric cars. but always kept coming back to the Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. In November I factory ordered the car that I wanted and it was delivered in February. Something I would recommend doing if your not in a hurry for a new car as you can order exactly what you want and not take what they have in stock. Lino was my sales guy for the first purchase along with my Hybrid. and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. Buying a car is not a fun experience but Lino and his crew make it less painful. BTW they have great popcorn too... More

I felt that "A VIP Day Deal" might be a good opportunity to find a replacement car for us after drive a Fusion over five years. So, I made an appointment over the phone a day before. Next, we came to across a warm and friendly welcome upon step into the main hall. Then, a sales manager, Joel, came out to greet us and figure out what we need in general and recommend a sales rep. who could communicate well with us . At first, my wife and I got a little surprised of a bright, calm and friendly young man in front us. Then, his professional service and knowledge of the car win our trust just in a few minutes when we get into the vehicle . His skill of facilitation let our focus on both the technical and convenience feature of the tested vehicle, which was beyond our expectation after a short test drive. The following purchasing process started in the late evening and completed around 10pm, an hour after the dealer's office hour. Raymond, his sales manager Joel , and other involved staff showed great patience and considerations during the process. Their efforts, especially Raymond's, finally got a payoff with a deal. Just like my wife put it to the sales manager, if it's not had Raymond at that day, we most not likely to buy a SUV after driving a sedan for years. We are very appreciate his efforts and help in the next following week to made us feel confidence in the brand new vehicle and hope keep its serviced by Key West Ford in the following driving years. I purchased my vehicle from Key West Ford and that was an excellent experience. the service element kicked into effect right after. I received gentle reminders from Key West Ford via email or mail to remind me that my vehicle is due for service. Making an appointment was easy and when we dropped off the truck we were offered a courtesy lift while we the vehicle was being serviced. The vehicle was ready on time as promised, which means a lot to me as I schedule my day with 3 kids. My vehicle service was explained to me, my vehicle was given a report card so I am clear on what issues may arise sooner than later. My vehicle was washed and the inside dash wiped down. The price was awesome, and everything that my vehicle needed (oil change, tire rotation, inspection and fluids topped up) was done. It makes me feel comfortable to know that genuine Ford parts are used in my Ford. I have another vehicle (Korean brand) and although the service there is good, it doesn't compare to Key West Ford. I highly recommend them for your next purchase of your vehicle. They have a huge lot, Dave H. in sales is awesome, Bonnie in the Business office will get you best rates, and then you are left with the amazing Service Staff. I highly recommend Key West Ford! and Ford F150 is pretty awesome too. More

Bought a C-Max Hybrid off Key West Ford. We really liked Jennifer, the salesperson. She was new so we knew she wouldn't know everything about the car. I shopped around and KW seemed to have the best internet prices. First we test drove the Energi but decided the Hybrid was the car for us. Test drove it and bought it that day. Jennifer was thorough in loading the nav card and making sure everything was ready and clean. She even offered to sync my phone. My dealings with Key West went sour when I found a dealer advertised internet price for $500 less than I paid. To make a long story short, the assistant manager Cam called me and stated that it was a "previous month promotion" (xx: nothing stated this on the ad, and the website price I paid was a "previous month promotion" I bought the car on March 1 and I got the February price) and that they had given us too much for our trade in (relevance?) I was made to feel that I should be happy with the great deal I got already. I was in sales for a lot of years. Integrity means standing by your ads and being honest with your customers. A few days after the sale I got a ridiculous email from "Dacey" telling me that Key West builds relationships with customers on a "foundation of trust". More

Found my dream car(Shelby GT500) on their web site and requested info. Within an hour I was contacted by Dacey with what I had requested.
