Keywest Ford was the most informative about the product and helped us get exactly the model we needed. We explained we needed something to tow a trailer that would range from 1800 to 2200lbs. I was looking at the Edge or Flex and after seeing both in person we went with the Edge that had the factory towing package. In fact, we came out with a SUV with more features than I expected to get. It's 2015 however, we found a 2014 Edge Limited AWD with factory tow pack and only 126KM on it: brand new. Needless to say, it's in our driveway now! Thank you everyone Keywest Ford! More

We were apprehensive about driving all that way only to be disappointed but he seemed upfront and honest and assured me that it would not be a wasted trip. He was right. The car is in excellent condition for its age and although it was more than we really wanted to spend, we felt it was fair given its condition. Prash did not use any high pressure tactics and was outstanding to deal with from the moment I first spoke to him until the time we drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle! More
