Great customer service I am a first time car buyer. I went to Key West Ford because I saw a car I liked on their website that had just arrived. When I emailed Krysten "Krys" Stanick at Key West Ford, she went to great lengths to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel much less nervous. She introduced me to my salesman, Ryan who was also very helpful. When the car I wanted to see turned out to be not what I expected, Krysten went above and beyond to follow up with me and send me other options as they arrived, that she thought I would like instead, per my many requirements. Even though I did not purchase a car through Key West Ford, I felt very comfortable and taken care of by the people there, and I would recommend this dealership. I am sure that if I had chosen to purchase a car there, it would have been a solid experience. More

Extra charges Its good to deal with friendly sales folks ,but when it comes to money and trading your car every thing changes .I paid about 700.00$ for maintenance Its good to deal with friendly sales folks ,but when it comes to money and trading your car every thing changes .I paid about 700.00$ for maintenance plus 199.00$ for insurance on a used ford on top of 699.00 documentation fee. The later amount exists in other dealer ships ,but maintenance fee and insurance fee does not. More

Most Seamless Purchase Ever! After doing much of my own research, including reading dealer/salesperson reviews, and researching current prices paid for the vehicle of my choice, I After doing much of my own research, including reading dealer/salesperson reviews, and researching current prices paid for the vehicle of my choice, I reached out to Ryan. I let him know exactly what I was looking for (2016 Escape Titanium, Platinum White, etc. etc), he contacted me right away and we set up a meeting for the next day. When I arrived, Ryan had found the Escape I had been looking for, and knowing the research I had already done, came in at a price point exactly where I wanted to land. It felt so good to know he was respecting my efforts. We signed the deal right there. Gurj was equally efficient and accommodating in finalizing the deal. When I picked up the Escape two days later, Ryan quickly pointed out a tiny flaw that Key West committed to fix at their expense. All in all, this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'll certainly be recommending folks come to Key West and see Ryan, for an honest, seamless buying experience. More

Service Dept is excellent Lots of great sales reviews, so here are my kudos but to the Service Dept! Was scheduled for just a regular oil change on 0601. Upon arrival Joanne ad Lots of great sales reviews, so here are my kudos but to the Service Dept! Was scheduled for just a regular oil change on 0601. Upon arrival Joanne advised me that out of 2 recalls, (the most important one) regarding the driver side airbag they had the part available for repair. I happily agreed to have it taken care right away. During my wait as I was walking around Joanne kindly gave me an update of the service being done on my car and advised I would later be taken care of by Yashar since her shift was ending. Waiting in the service lounge was cool since I could see all the other cars being worked on including mine by owner name and car description on a screen. Yashar came over and gave me some updates regarding a nail in one of my tires and made recommendations on coolant and brake fluid replacement which I was totally unaware of. Overall, the customer service was awesome from beginning to end! And special kudos to Richard who worked on my Mustang!, which I love almost as a person!
