Went here expecting the average high pressure sale tactics, but turns out there was they were very helpful! Had all the documentation for the vehicle I was interested in. It was no hassle for him to bring 3 cars to the door for me to see, to take me for a drive explaining all the workings of the vehicle to me as well as answering all my questions in a respectful, easy-going way. His humour and attentiveness made the time fly as he negotiated a good deal for me, saw that I had all the correct payments in place, made ICBC registration available to me and helped me move everything from my trade-in car to my new car so I could drive off feeling like a million dollars!
