If I could give this dealership a rating of -10, I would. I had recently purchased a vehicle from them, and from the salesperson to the finance manager, I was upfront about the vehicle's intended commercial I had recently purchased a vehicle from them, and from the salesperson to the finance manager, I was upfront about the vehicle's intended commercial use. Yet, within a month of not using the vehicle, a bailiff arrived, stating that there was a breach of contract, and the vehicle would be repossessed. I was left with no choice, and we were unsure of where to seek help. When I contacted Go Auto Finance, they stated that they were unable to assist me. My question is, how did the bank approve my financing loan despite my transparency regarding the vehicle's intended commercial use? I strongly advise against purchasing from them, as they are pushy and only concerned with making a sale, without providing any support after the purchase. I am extremely disappointed with Ford Kentwood. More

Use Caution When Purchasing Used At Kentwood. The process to start was amazing. I had been looking for a while and Larry went above and beyond to show me my vehicle on his day off. I fell in love with the truck and the price. We went for a test drive and I liked it. But I heard a squeal from the breaks. The squeak wasn't horrible "Yet". I thought maybe it was just from sitting, in fact when I bought my previous vehicle it squeaked when brand new. It eventually stopped. I didn't think about it too much during the buying process. When I decided to proceed, my salesman asked me to come in at a certain time and he was busy. no big deal right, I am excited and willing to wait. The purchase is completed. Yes, I opted out of any additional warranties because the mechanical fitness assessment was excellent and I trusted that they would not sell me a vehicle and lie about that. 1 week later the vehicle won't start. I called my finance manager at Kentwood to find out about any initial warranties. He said 30 days over 5000. He said I may be covered for this if it was an alternator or related. My salesman says he will take it to the shop put it on a charger for the day and pick me up at work at the end of the day. He got busy and abandoned me at work. I had to spend money on an Uber. I pick up my truck and he says there is nothing wrong with it and to not leave the AUX on. He made me feel like a stupid woman. I took it home and the next morning it wouldn't start. I pulled the battery out of the truck and took it to a mechanic to test it. It was so so dead. the battery was garbage. The mechanical assessment said it was good. 250.00 later it now starts. amazingly a whole bunch more options work now, so it was dead when I bought it. Shifty. back to the brakes. After driving for almost a month now. the brakes are not getting better, they are getting worse. much worse!!!!! Because of how I was treated, I am scared to go back. I have had several people offer their opinions. From squealers to glazed brakes. All of this was a problem before I bought it. Some crazed service woman yelled at me when I was sent down there by the salesman to have it checked out. Kentwoods mechanic said the brakes are good but the rotters are rusty and should get better with time. they aren't they are getting worse. But the crazed lady went at me like a rabid dog. She was saying that I had to pay and she was going to lose her job and she was far from being nice to a customer. Anyway, Kentwood and the mechanical assessment said the brakes are fine.....I am so incredibly embarrassed to stop my vehicle because of the very very loud noise. The sound of springs or coils pinging is a concern as well. and sometimes even while rolling the brakes sound like they are stuck on. What a horrible experience. I traded in a perfectly good vehicle that was in amazing mechanical shape and well cared for to buy a vehicle that they lied to me about and have yet to correct their mistake. More
