Pleasant experience at Kennedy Ford I was interested in purchasing my truck from where I'll be living in collingwood. Unfortunately the salesperson at that location was not helpful and d I was interested in purchasing my truck from where I'll be living in collingwood. Unfortunately the salesperson at that location was not helpful and did not show any interest in me nor my husband only providing short quick answers to my questions. Later that night i went online entering my truck requirements which me to directed to the Kennedy Ford dealership. My queations were addressed by an on line chat person and then I was referred to Bob Kanary who met me with me early in the week. When I arrived at Kennedy Ford Bob was so pleasant and made me feel welcomed and talked to me as well as my husband even though I was purchasing the truck. The front desk person was pleasant each time we were offered coffee or water. At first I was worried because my truck was not at that dealer but Bob was very transparent and explained how he could get me the truck that I was looking for. I had my truck within a few days and was a very girl driving off in my new Ruby red truck! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Kennedy Ford. More

Only an oil change I had an appointment for 9:30 didnt take me till 10 and didn't get out till 10:45 and got my truck back with grease all over the front.
