Before purchase very nice - After purchase terrible Bought a 2013 Edge with a 30-day warranty. After a week noticed the passenger heat wasn't working. Took it in and mentioned to also check brakes be Bought a 2013 Edge with a 30-day warranty. After a week noticed the passenger heat wasn't working. Took it in and mentioned to also check brakes because they were pulsating. She put it in the computer. When they did the heat found out they needed a part which we ended up waiting over 3 weeks for and when they fixed that I mentioned about the brakes again They checked them and found out it needed rotors but didn't know if that would be covered by 30 day warranty. When I told them I said to check them when I was in the first time, they looked on the computer there was nothing about it - very convenient. More
