The representative (Robyn) was very polite, professional and to the point. I believe in an honest dealership who can admit the fault of a product or workmanship and they without question if it is the case. I love my FX4 but after a recent software upgrade (performed by EASTGATE FORD, where I bought the vehicle) the audio module responsible for playing sound in the whole vehicle was damaged. The dealership that damaged the unit was reluctant to say they damaged the unit; they insisted they never performed an upgrade to anything else but the GPS(even though its under warranty, lol) . To make a long story short I left EASTGATE for good and moved to KENNEDY FORD where they took care of the damaged equipment in record time without any hassle. If this experience was a sign of things to come, I would recommend KENNEDY FORD in Oakville to anyone! Keep up the good work guys!!!! D.I. More
